Vice presidents and division directors constitute the senior management leadership teams in most major organizations.

Frequently, a Senior VP position is also a C-Level position.

These individuals are primarily responsible for identifying, developing and implementing the strategic and tactical business plans to guarantee effective delivery of the management, administrative,  technological, and logistic systems required by both client and internal needs.

VPs and Senior VPs usually report directly to the President or CEO.

CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER
Location: Cleveland, OH

Compensation: $200k - $250k/Year plus bonus

Required: Experienced investment strategist with brokerage or banking background. Portfolio management experience, accounting, finance, statistical knowledge. Manages all investment issues. MBA degree.


CHIEF OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Location: Los Angeles , CA

Compensation: $139 k - $173 k/Year

Required: Chief Human Resources Officer of The LA Unified School District, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer. Lead and manage district's human resources functions including recruitment, retention, staff development, benefits, and contract support. BA or MA in Business, Education, Political Science, or Public Administration.


DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Location: Anaheim/Huntington Beach, CA

Compensation: $125k to $200k plus bonus

Required: Serves as the strategic, planning, governing and functional head of the Operations Department. Supplies long range as well as the day-to-day direction of the Operations department. Requires over 10 years of experience in Operations, Distribution and Materials and be a proven leader, decision maker and creative thinker. Reports to the General Manager and CEO.


CORPORATE CONTROLLER
Location: San Francisco, CA

Compensation: To $150k

Required: Corporate Controller for hands-on supervision and oversight of the general accounting functions of the company. Responsibile for General Ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting, and other areas of general accounting. Travel: 25-40%. Reports to the Chief Financial Officer.


CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Location: TBD

Compensation: To $200k

Required: Urgent need for a senior financial executive, with successful experience building, strengthening and leading highly respected and reliable finance and accounting functions. Eight to ten years of CFO OR COO experience . Hospital and accounting background.


VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING
Location: San Diego, CA

Compensation: $150-200K/Year + stock options

Required: Vice President of Marketing to lead pharmaceutical manufacturer in marketing and sales of their new gene transcript technology. Experience in the oncology arena and 5 years in a leadership position of marketing and sales.


CORPORATE VICE PRESIDENT
Location: Las Vegas, NV

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000/Year; $30,000 Bonus

Required: Oversees the entire operation of the Food & Beverage departments in accordance with the objectives established by the CEO and COO. Establishes performance & profit objectives, compliance with corporate policies and compliance with all appropriate federal state & local regulations. Reports to CEO.


SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Locations: NorthEast Region, USA

Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000/Year + 40% Bonus

Required: Senior Business Development Manager for Healthcare practice with specific experience selling large scale solutions and professional services (strategy, process, technology and e-enabled solutions) into the major Payors segment (HMOs, Blues, Insurance) of the Healthcare industry companies.


CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Location: Houston, Texas.

Compensation: $150k + bonus.

Required:Chief Operating Officer must be a licensed PE in the State of Texas. Need 12 to 15 years experience in Civil Engineering. P/L experience is a must. This person will be 2nd on the tier and eventually become CEO.


CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Location: Houston, Texas.

Compensation: $150k + bonus.

Required:Chief Operating Officer must be a licensed PE in the State of Texas. Need 12 to 15 years experience in Civil Engineering. P/L experience is a must. This person will be 2nd on the tier and eventually become CEO.
